XOXO Scraplift Challenge for September..

Hi Friends!  I'm excited to share with you today the scrap-lift challenge we have going on this month at XoXo.  Some may ask what is a scrap lift challenge?  A layout is created by one of the Lipstick girls @ XoXo or one of our monthly winners.  They create a layout to inspire us!
